I'll put an agreement together that you're happy with, including price, settlement date and any specific terms.
Once I finalise an offer, I’m paid a set fee by the developer - there's no cost to you.
How It Works
I work with homeowners and investors who have land suitable for development. I’ve built good relationships with a number of local developers and can give you the current market price that reflects the value of your land.
This can be appealing because it provides a quick and straightforward sale. There’s no repairs or tidying, no marketing, no real estate agent fees. Settlement dates and terms are flexible to suit your situation and timeframe.
This approach will not be the best option for everyone. If your home has been recently renovated or is in top condition, you may well achieve a higher price by listing on the open market. Likewise, if your house has sentimental value and you'd rather it remain a stand-alone dwelling, selling through an agent or privately to a renovator may be better alternatives.
I aim to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible and help you walk away with a deal that works for your specific situation.
